Roasted potato wedges with garlic, butter and spices

We got a deal on Kentucky Fried Chicken the other day, it was buy a bucket get one free.  We ordered  small fries to go with the order, the large fries seemed expensive.  I decided to roast some potato wedges to balance the chicken order.  Yes, we do eat leftovers.

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

4 tbs olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbs butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into wedges

Preheat the oven to 425F

mix all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake 25 minutes.

Oh, these do look good! Glad you got a deal at KFC. The last time I went there it was quite expensive. Happy Saturday!

Your potato wedges look so much better than the ones from fast food!!
We had KFC the other day as my dearest loves the mashed potatoes and gravy and cold slaw!

Wanda I love their cole slaw, goes perfectly with their 2 or 3 piece dinner and their fries. With ketchup of course!
