I had a jar of salsa close to expiry and found this recipe for salsa chili. The dish was a success!
It is healthier than eating tortilla chips and salsa. You can serve it with rice or bread.
1 jar of tomato salsa (418 ml)
1 can of tomato sauce (398 ml)
1 can (540ml) black turtle beans, drained.
1 onion chopped
1 lb of ground meat
2 tbs olive oil
Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Brown the onions and ground meat. Mix in salsa, beans, and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Coffee is on and stay safe
Wow! Another meal I've never prepared before; it looks great!
Sounds like something similar that I make with zucchini and yellow squash, a jar of salsa, and we use ground turkey. Over macaroni noodles or couscous with a little bit of grated cheese is good.
exceptionally tasty omg
I'm trying the salsa chili tonight 🌸❤️💕
I've never considered putting salsa in my chili. This looks really awesome!
Have a nice day ❤
