Thursday Art and Dinner Date - At Work theme and Banana chocolate flourless cake

I am having shoulder surgery set for tomorrow.  I will take a blog break for the next week hoping it goes well.

 For the Dinner Date, I made a Banana chocolate flourless cake using this recipe.  It was good, I love recipes that use cocoa powder, it gives it a real chocolate taste and has less fat than chocolate chips.

Getting ready

 Well I am getting ready for my shoulder surgery on Friday, I have posts scheduled until Thursday, plan to take a week off hoping it goes well.  If not my posts will be on and off as I had some art already posted for the month as well as some Wednesday Memes you can enjoy.
